Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused Full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at MUJI Retail (Australia). As a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, using our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers, strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services.
  • Use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal.
  • Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention.
