Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at MUJI Retail (Australia). As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our stores. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Main Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services.
- Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention.
