School Overview

The Role
As a janitorial professional, you will be responsible for maintaining internal cleanliness duties, including carpet and hard floor maintenance, toilet cleaning, furniture polishing, window cleaning, dusting, rubbish removal, and other general cleaning tasks. You will also perform external cleaning duties such as veranda and covered area cleaning, rubbish removal, drinking trough cleaning, window cleaning, cobweb removal, and other general cleaning duties. During vacation times, you may undertake vinyl floor stripping and sealing, window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and pressure cleaning of verandas and undercover areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and safe school environment
• Perform internal and external cleaning duties efficiently
• Use cleaning equipment and follow safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for cleaning and safety
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have good attention to detail, be organized, honest, reliable, and punctual. You should also have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices.

Eligibility
