  5. Proven Ability to Effectively Initiate, Lead and Manage Change
  6. Ability to Manage Emergency Situations
  7. Ability to Engage Staff Utilising Advanced Communication and Consultation Skills
Desirable:
  1. Post Graduate Qualifications in Management
  2. Knowledge of the Commonwealth's Aged Care Royal Commission
