Key Account Manager Role

This permanent, full-time position is located in Community Bank Mundaring, Western Australia. The successful candidate will drive lending growth by building strong relationships, acquiring new business and becoming the go-to lending expert in the area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively build a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking
  • Guide customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals
  • Strengthen community presence by building personal brand, nurturing existing community bank relationships, and expanding network through active participation in local events
  • Leverage credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and help future-proof their financial success
  • Develop lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as trusted lending expert who's always ready to support your customers' needs

What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Extensive consumer lending experience - this is essential
  • Strong networks and proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop holistic view of their situation
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills
  • Understanding of small business offerings
  • Self-motivated, high performing approach, with proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth
