We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Wagners. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for providing systems administration and support for our server fleet and system infrastructure.
Your primary focus will be on installing, configuring, and maintaining our servers and general infrastructure, as well as providing support for in-house and cloud-based server infrastructure. You will also be responsible for assessing and maintaining system and data security, researching and implementing new solutions, and monitoring server performance.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Wagners servers and general infrastructure
- Provide support for in-house and cloud-based server infrastructure
- Assess and maintain system and data security
- Research and implement new solutions to improve system efficiency
- Monitor server performance and diagnose issues
- Maintain Office365/Microsoft365 and Azure IaaS/SaaS services
- Liaise with external solution providers to ensure efficient system design and implementation
- Investigate and resolve faults and issues
- Design and maintain system backups and ensure data security and disaster recoverability
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Act as an escalation point for network and general IT helpdesk issues
We are looking for a qualified and self-motivated individual with relevant qualifications in Information Technology and demonstrated experience in investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to show understanding and patience when communicating with technology users and have the ability to plan and prioritize work to ensure logged requests and deadlines are met.
You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we require someone who is able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
