Construction Project Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for planning and executing reconstruction projects with high-quality service to customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives each day.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience working in challenging situations, and a passion for supervising others. A working knowledge of the construction process and experience working with Insurance Adjusters are also necessary. In addition, the successful candidate should have effective written and oral communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The ability to successfully complete a background check is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and sell projects to customers
  • Educate customers on processes and identify project scope
  • Maintain customer and client communications, negotiate terms, and create project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers

You will be responsible for managing customer experiences, maintaining customer communications, and coordinating required subcontracted work.
