About The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of planning, delivering, and evaluating multiple projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes. As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

Manage end-to-end project planning, development, and implementation across multiple high-value initiatives.Develop project plans, manage budgets and resources, and monitor delivery against time, cost, and quality benchmarks.Establish and maintain productive stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation.Monitor risks, benefits realisation, and project quality to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.Lead project teams with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and milestone achievement.Provide strategic advice and evidence-based recommendations to inform decisions and resolve emerging issues.

About You

You're a strategic thinker with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and supporting others to deliver results.

Proven experience managing multiple projects within a complex and fast-paced environment.Skilled in project and program management, with a track record of building capability in others.Confident in engaging diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across teams.Open to learning, process improvement, and committed to delivering with precision and attention to detail.

Tertiary qualification and/or relevant knowledge and experience.

About The Agency

The NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) is a statutory corporation within the NSW Premier's Department. The RA will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.

To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the RA will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, NGOs, businesses, and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders.
