A leading manufacturer of machinery attachments for the earthmoving and construction industry seeks a professional Field Service Technician to work autonomously, be mechanically minded, and willing to get hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onsite service and repairs
  • Diagnosing and fault finding
  • Test procedure development and supervision
  • Paperwork completion, including timesheets and reports
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Physical and mental fitness for daily challenges and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Current forklift ticket and driver's license
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Background in hydraulics and small engines
  • Presentation and professionalism
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and be able to diagnose and repair equipment. They must also be physically fit and able to work in challenging environments. Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments is an advantage, as is understanding hydraulics and electrical circuits.
