Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Machinery Specialist to join our team in Western Australia.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with Senior Technicians to develop your skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and industry brands.

Over the first 6 months, you will travel to Melbourne for a structured training and induction program at our national head office. Following this, you will be able to return to your home state and join the established team in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing expertise across a wide range of machinery and industry brands
  • Collaborating with Senior Technicians to effectively maintain machinery in VIC and WA
  • Conducting root cause analysis, fault-finding and identifying efficient solutions to machine breakdowns
  • Executing the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to become a true industry expert
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, representing the brand and communicating with stakeholders from Production Managers to small business owners
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Be interested in hands-on roles working with machinery
  • Hold a current and unrestricted driver's licence
