We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers, providing high-quality care to residents.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents, supporting them in living their lives with choice and independence.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting residents in their daily activities and promoting autonomy.
  • Assisting residents with personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging self-reliance.
  • Contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents through assessment and observation.
  • Implementing clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, following the resident's plan of care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent recognized qualification, effective interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads.
