Key responsibilities include leading programming processes from development to implementation, collaborating with colleagues, artists, partner organizations, and specialists from other fields, bringing knowledge of contemporary art, its role, and relevance in current society.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will actively engage with internal and external partners and collaborators, expanding networks to align with strategic goals.
