Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across 5 key workstreams.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The job offers a daily rate contract running initially until June 2025, with a November start date ideally. You will also have access to great coffee, fresh fruit, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand data requirements and business processes across multiple workstreams.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to ensure the integrity of data within D365 F&O.
  • Analyze and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency, making data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI, providing key insights to drive decision-making.
  • Support data migration activities, including mapping, validating, and ensuring the successful transfer of data into D365 F&O.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data governance and security protocols are in place.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring seamless integration across all workstreams.
  • Contribute to the development of automated data workflows and processes for reporting and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years of commercial Data Analytics experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and its data structure.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, DAX, and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Familiarity with data migration processes within ERP environments (SAP to D365 experience is highly desirable).
  • Experience working in healthcare or similar sectors with an understanding of regulatory requirements and data compliance.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with large and complex datasets and transforming them into actionable business intelligence.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools, with experience in data integration projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
