Job Opportunity

Our team is seeking a skilled planning and environment lawyer to join our ranks. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with Aaron Gadiel on a wide range of planning and environment law matters.

The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 8 years' experience in a reputable practice or in-house role, with a strong background in planning and environment law. They will be an integral member of our cohesive team and possess excellent legal advice skills, a high degree of technical ability, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with Aaron Gadiel on planning and environment law matters, including merit appeals, class 4 proceedings, compulsory acquisition, and planning agreements.
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation in court proceedings.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Between 3 to 8 years' experience in a reputable practice or in-house role.
  • Strong background in planning and environment law.
  • Excellent legal advice skills.
  • High degree of technical ability.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
