Job Title

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment of customer requirements, encompassing stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and coordination of internal teams to achieve performance objectives and enhance processes.

- You will work closely with delivery leads to ensure consistent and clear communication on existing projects, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.">
- Achieve client satisfaction, retention, and growth targets as per account plan.">
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers and their on-site personnel, deepening CDC's engagement and contributing to successful contract execution.">
- Plan and manage monthly business reviews, quarterly operational and security audits, and other compliance-related activities for clients.">
- Coordinate managed services projects, including sourcing quotes from partners and suppliers, and ensuring quality delivery with client approval.">
