The Role of a Senior Client Delivery Lead

As a key member of our team, the Senior Client Delivery Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition of clients to Kraken's platform.

This involves guiding clients in transitioning foundational reporting to Kraken through hands-on support, working sessions, and trainings. Additionally, they will support clients in developing their internal data capabilities, both directly and in collaboration with Kraken partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients in transitioning foundational reporting to Kraken
  • Support clients in developing their internal data capabilities
  • Identify client data needs and priorities to inform the data product roadmap
  • Partner with engineering to deliver new data features and requirements aligned to client use cases
  • Train Kraken's broader client delivery team on the skills to support client data questions and needs in their respective domains
Requirements
  • Degree qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
  • Experience working with data and data teams, for example as a data analyst, data scientist, analytics engineer, data consultant or similar
  • Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tools
  • Strong facility with SQL and modern BI tools
  • Strong agile delivery experience skills
  • Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
