Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the childcare or OSHC industry.
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
  • Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
  • Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
