About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team at The Dental Group in Mango Hill. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide Patients Through Treatment Options: Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans, assist with plan coordination, and provide guidance on payment options.
  • Manage Appointments and Oversee Payments: Ensure smooth appointment scheduling, manage patient payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer empathetic support, address patient concerns, and ensure every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Coordinate Patient Care Journeys: Facilitate referrals to specialists, manage financing options, and oversee the entire patient care process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dental Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
