Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mobile Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care and treatment during the transport of patients with a wide variety of medical conditions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing patient assessment and intervention on-road
  • Providing high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse
  • A current AHPRA registration (or pending approval for Paramedics)
  • The ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications

In order to excel in this position, you will require strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to possess a range of personal qualities, including compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
