Key Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 6 months retail experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
- A minimum of 6 months management experience, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, Bank holidays, and holiday periods, as required.
