Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 6 months retail experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • A minimum of 6 months management experience, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, Bank holidays, and holiday periods, as required.
  • Passion for make-up and retail, with a keen eye for detail and a love of helping others.
