Job Title

A highly skilled merchandising professional is required to join our team as a Merchandise Manager. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of our remote-based team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in FMCG sales, preferably in independent supermarkets. They should also possess strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and excellent presentation and written communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, persistent, and able to work autonomously. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing KPIs, training and development, and performance management. They will also be expected to provide regular reporting and communications on field operations performance.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour. The working hours will be flexible, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekends. We are also offering a part-time position, which would suit someone looking for a balance between work and personal life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • FMCg sales experience (1+ year)
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and ensure tasks are completed on time
