Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are a rapidly expanding provider with over 50 centres across New South Wales, offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early childhood education and care.

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract is perfect for those seeking to earn while they learn and work towards their Children's Services qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children.
  • Develop and deliver inclusive and innovative programs that promote each child's identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
  • Maintain a safe environment, proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols.
  • Lead by example in all interactions, fostering a respectful and collaborative team culture.
  • Partner with families to support their children's development and education goals.
  • Build and maintain clear and accurate communication within the team, children, and families.
About You:
  • You hold valid full working rights in Australia.
  • You are available to work full-time between 6:00 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • You have a demonstrated interest in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • You are currently enrolled in or interested in completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • You are eligible to apply or hold a valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
  • You commit to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.
