About Our Team

We're looking for individuals to join our Proactive Services team, ensuring trolleys are available for use and stores are maintained in pristine condition.

This enables customers to experience a hygienically clean environment to work and shop in.

You'll work collaboratively with your team while contributing positively to everyone's day-to-day experiences.

  • Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs.
  • Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle.
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays.
  • Perform pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle.
  • Adhere to safety and operational processes related to vehicle operation and trolley collection.
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues with unretrievable trolleys.
  • You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks.
What You'll Bring
  • An ambitious mindset, love of retail, and passion for people.
  • A full Australian driver's license or equivalent international license.
  • Physical fitness is essential as you'll transition from driving to physically collecting and loading trolleys.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday, including shifts starting from 6am or 4pm.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
