About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily registered nursing duties, including treating small injuries, assisting with immunisations, wound care, and other medical procedures.
- Work closely with a team of General Practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Train and mentor new staff and Enrolled Nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
- Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing (or higher)
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in practice nursing
- Experience training and teaching younger staff
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes
- MUST HAVE full working rights in Australia, no visa's or sponsorship
