Practice Nurse

We are seeking two experienced practice nurses to join our team at Frontline Health Brisbane, providing high-quality patient care and supporting a team of GPs in our clinics on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver daily registered nursing duties, including treating minor injuries and assisting with immunisations and wound care.
- Work collaboratively with a team of GPs, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
- Train and mentor new staff and enrolled nurses to develop their skills and knowledge in providing high-quality patient care.
- Lead a team of nurses, providing leadership and support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing (or higher) and be AHPRA registered.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in practice nursing, with a focus on patient care and team management.
- Have experience training and teaching younger staff, with a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Be committed to providing high-quality patient care and have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
