About the PositionThe fixed-term Business Analyst will collaborate across departments to investigate, analyze, develop, and implement new working methods.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct business requirement investigations using tools like interviews, document analysis, and business process mapping.
- Analyze information from various sources to design and implement project models.
- Communicate with stakeholders to validate their information needs and functional requirements.
- Develop briefing packs, reports, and presentations to convey project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience/qualifications.
- Previous experience in water utilities and asset maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and possess strong workshop facilitation skills.
