Advanced Critical Care Physiotherapy Specialist

About This Role
As a lead physiotherapist in critical care and surgery units, you will orchestrate the delivery of advanced level physiotherapy services and provide clinical support to physiotherapy staff. You will collaborate with the Clinical Team Leader - Advanced Physiotherapist (Acute Inpatients) to ensure best practice and high-quality patient care.
You will demonstrate an advanced level of knowledge, skills, experience and clinical leadership within the professional and/or multidisciplinary team. You will integrate multiple sources of clinical evidence into practice to create solutions to complex case work.
You will undertake the professional leadership of physiotherapists working across critical care and surgery units, including supervision and development of staff. You will apply clinical evidence to support continuous improvement and develop strong internal and external networks.
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccination against certain vaccine preventable diseases as outlined in health employment directive NO 01/16
