Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Program Development: Plan, develop, organize, and implement marketing programs and advertising policies, opportunities, and campaigns to support sales objectives and business growth.
  • Market Research: Assess market opportunities by conducting research to identify and advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities from existing campaigns and provide guidance on how to capitalize on them.
  • Market Positioning: Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and marketing and distribution methods to determine our company's position in the marketplace.
  • Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs and providing a positive work environment.
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies to ensure we are achieving our goals.
  • Market Trends: Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communications Budget: Manage communications budget and survey commissioning market research to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Advertising Needs: Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs and ensuring we are reaching our target audience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with previous experience of 2 years in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work well with a team and also independently.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work shift work, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Citizenship: Permanent Residents or citizens of Australia will be preferred.
