We are seeking an exceptional dance educator who sees teaching as more than just steps and counts.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a lasting impact in children's lives and work collaboratively with our team.

About the Role
  • A casual or part-time position with potential for growth and development.
  • Teach a mix of recreational and competition-level classes based on experience.
  • Work with students aged 2 to 16 across styles like Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, or Acro.
  • Contribute to our studio events, concerts, and comp season.
  • Be part of a team that values feedback, creativity, and clear communication.
About You
  • An experienced educator who brings energy, heart, and accountability to the role.
  • Confident in class management and lesson planning, but flexible when things shift.
  • You actually love working with kids and know how to build connection and rapport.
  • Comfortable communicating with parents when needed and collaborating with our admin and teaching team.
  • A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or readiness to obtain one.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have concert or comp experience, including choreography, team coaching, and costuming.
  • Are trained in multiple styles and open to a varied timetable.
  • Have completed dance teaching certifications or modules, though this is not essential.
