We are looking for someone with experience in retail sales or a client-facing role to join us as a Brand Ambassador. As a representative of the Maison, you will interact with clients via telephone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any queries or concerns they may have.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer contacts via various channels;
  • Facilitating online and phone sales to achieve commercial objectives;
  • Providing brand information to clients and collecting valuable feedback;
  • Accurately processing customer data and feedback in our systems;
  • Escalating system issues and reporting findings to the team leader;
  • Identifying trends in customer satisfaction and reporting back to the team leader;
  • Following company policies and procedures to maintain a professional image;
  • Collaborating with our Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.

Success in this role requires:

  • Experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or contact centre/e-commerce activities;
  • A customer-focused approach; conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, and keen to learn;
  • Excellent communication and language skills (English and Mandarin);
  • PC literacy and experience with SAP CRM or Salesforce is an advantage;
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
