We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with the medical practitioner.
- You will assess and triage patients on arrival to determine service suitability.
- You will deliver immediate front-line clinical care.
- You will contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment focused on patient-centered outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive and accurate nursing triage, acting promptly for any triaged patients requiring emergency escalation or due to deterioration, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic Urgent Care environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require advanced assessment skills, clinical decision-making experience, and a passion for providing care in a high-acuity, team-based setting.
This is an ideal opportunity for nurses who are experienced in triage within an emergency department (desired but not essential), remote nursing, coronary care, critical care, ICU, or acute care settings.
Key qualifications:
- AHPRA registration
- Experience in triage within an emergency department (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience in remote nursing, coronary care, critical care, ICU, or acute care settings
