Your responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the studio, maintaining high standards and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales & Revenue Goals: Maintain and exceed sales targets, driving financial success.
  • MERchandising Expertise: Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance inventory presentation.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage goods needed to provide treatments.
  • Reporting Proficiency: Compile accurate and timely daily reports for management.
  • Administrative Mastery: Manage administrative tasks, including diary management.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer feedback and inquiries.
  • Facility & Safety Oversight: Ensure all facilities and services are safe and operational.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Execute marketing efforts to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit and onboard new staff members, providing comprehensive induction.
