We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Corporate Banking Business Management team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Business Management or COO roles, with a proven track record of delivering timely and high-quality presentations and reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of business initiatives, working closely with local and regional teams to drive strategic growth. This includes providing a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.

Main Responsibilities

  3. Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.">
  4. Organize complex information strategically using strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.">
  5. Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and facilitate next steps.">
  6. Identify key business risks on the platform and partner with product and controls office to remediate risk and controls issues.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.">
  • Proven experience in Business Management or COO role, with intermediate to advanced level ability in all MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint).">
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.">
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.">
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity, and a high level of integrity.">
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.">
