Physiotherapy Leadership Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop pelvic health physiotherapy services at Monash Health, Victoria's largest healthcare network.
As a Grade 4 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing acute physiotherapy pelvic health services, providing expert clinical knowledge, and leading research and quality improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing competency-based assessments
- Coordinating and developing acute physiotherapy pelvic health services
- Providing expert clinical knowledge and evidence-based physiotherapy management of inpatients, outpatients, and advanced practice clinic patients
- Leading physiotherapy clinical research, quality, and teaching activities
To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience in physiotherapy assessment, intervention, case management, and discharge planning across the continuum of pelvic health care. You will also have advanced knowledge in the application of evidence and theory to practice in the area of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
You should demonstrate:
- Advanced level of recognised clinical leadership experience in an acute physiotherapy service including service development and leading others through change
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver safe, consumer-focused care
- Previous experience leading both formal research projects and quality improvement activities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in organisation, time management, planning, and priority setting
