Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Triage Nurse to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in resolving complex problems.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective clinical advice and support to clients via phone or virtual mediums
- Offer health information and/or provider referral as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- A minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- A varied nursing background involving substantial public contact
- Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service in a call centre environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and nights
- Comfortable communicating through various virtual mediums
- Flexibility in how, when, and where you conduct your work
- Access to a range of clinical health and wellbeing services through our digital platform
- Ongoing support from our team of senior clinicians
