Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Community Help Co. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our guest rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the needs of our guests and ensure their rooms are serviced to the required standard.
- Replenish and control guest supplies and amenities, including bathroom amenities, mini bar, towels, and linen.
- Prepare each room to the required standard, including rotating and replacing room items as required.
- Report missing items from guest rooms and present guest rooms as per Hotel standard.
- Participate in consultation and communication regarding OH&S issues and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of OH&S procedures and protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
