About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Retail and Digital Growth team, you will play a crucial role in supporting advertising solutions for clients.

You will be responsible for developing bespoke proposals, undertaking market research, monitoring campaigns, and assisting with administrative tasks. Your strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be vital in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies and plans for clients.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and address deviations proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment with clear objectives.
  • Assist in identifying and developing tailored client solutions.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality client responses, including presentations and schedules.
  • Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • Media experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
