Job Opportunity:

This role involves providing oversight and assurance of identity technology controls, ensuring they are operating effectively and efficiently.

About the Role:

  • You will assist in translating identity standards and guidelines into operational processes.
  • Collate data points, metrics, and reports to understand current control status and identify potential testing gaps.
  • Develop and execute test plans to understand the status of observed gaps and their potential impacts on control effectiveness.
  • Form a detailed view of control operations and processes, reviewing scripts, queries, extracts, processes, and procedures.
  • Contribute to actionable insights that can aid business unit prioritization.
  • Assist with remediation activities noted by centralized testing teams where findings are applicable to identity controls and/or processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, particularly governance teams.
  • Support and input into organizational focus on enhanced control testing automation, as governed by risk management teams.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization in collating existing test findings, conducting workshops, supporting walkthroughs, and drafting management responses.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in identity access or cyber security.
  • Strong identity and access management knowledge of processes and key technologies.
  • Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing, or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
  • Experience contributing to internal and external audits.
  • Strong data skills, with automation experience demonstrating reduction in manual effort in executing test cases.
  • Very strong written and communication skills.
