Lead HR Services and Systems for Employee Success

We seek an experienced Senior Manager, People to drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of core HR services across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end HR services including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of human resources services with a focus on employee experience and service excellence.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for service performance and drive automation and continuous improvement.
HR Systems and Data Governance:
  • Manage and optimise human resource information systems platforms.
  • Champion digitalisation and automation in HR operations.
  • Owning the management and maintenance of employee records.
Workforce Planning:

Owning the budgeting, tracking, and forecasting of the overall workforce, in close partnership with finance and the business.

Policy Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensuring policy compliance with relevant legislation and regulation.
  • Developing and owning the work health and safety strategy, processes, and practices.
  • Managing employee agreement templates and ensuring effective document retention.
  • Supporting workforce compliance requirements including visa background checks and other regulatory requirements.
Facilities & Team Administration:
  • Overseeing the management of the physical work environment, including compliance with work health and safety requirements.
  • Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of equipment and services.
  • Overseeing team administration (including invoicing).

This role spans P&C operations, systems, and reporting and data. We are looking for a senior manager who can lead our team in delivering exceptional results.
