The Role
This experienced Financial Management Specialist will be an integral part of the Finance team at Megaport's Brisbane HQ. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing systems and controls, ensuring efficient financial operations. If you're detail-oriented and excel in fast-paced environments, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier invoices, credit cards, and statements to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve supplier queries promptly and professionally.
- Action internal Accounts Payable queries in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage supplier master data.
- Collaborate on bank reconciliations and other accounts payable tasks.
- Enhance Accounts Payable processes for increased efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Ongoing finance and administration functions as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail for accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High volume ERP experience, preferably Dynamics 365.
- Desirable intermediate Excel skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in process improvement and documentation.
- Effective time management skills.
