Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our Corporate Accounts Payable team. The successful candidate will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process invoices received from suppliers
  • Chase hotels for statements and invoice clients within SLA
  • Help operational staff and suppliers with queries
  • Work cohesively with the finance team to ensure accounts payable processes are followed accurately
  • Maintain supplier information in the Accounts Payable System
  • Perform, review, and manage the entire accounts payable process
Requirements
  • Basic math and accounting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in financial concepts
  • Ability to think 'outside the box' and problem-solve
  • Ability to interpret bank statements, supplier invoices/statements, and documentation
  • Highly developed customer service skills to ensure mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers
