Senior Business Continuity Specialist

The role of Senior Business Continuity Specialist is a vital part of the organization's resilience strategy. This position involves leading and implementing business continuity programs to ensure operational continuity in the event of an incident.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a business continuity policy, endorsed by the leadership team and aligned with other organizational policies.
- Foster collaboration among teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and threats to critical activities.
- Design, implement, and maintain business continuity solutions, including plans, response structures, arrangements, and resources to support business-critical processes.
- Lead business continuity exercises and tests to validate the effectiveness of the program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and enterprise risk management.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, continuity frameworks, and incident response planning.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading continuity initiatives from design through implementation.
