Audit Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Governance, Risk and Compliance Team. As an Audit Manager, you will oversee the delivery of internal audit projects, fraud and regulatory investigations, and modern slavery reviews.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years of experience in audit, risk, or compliance.
  • Proven project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects or work-streams concurrently.
  • Solid knowledge of modern awards, enterprise agreements, and the Australian workplace relations framework.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and employees.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with franchise owners, clients, senior management, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation abilities, both in-person and through the design of deliverables.
