About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist to join our Ventia recruitment team in North Sydney. This full-time permanent position offers a unique blend of technical and people skills, allowing you to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As the Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing changes, troubleshooting, project management, team training/support, system testing, and back-end system/template development for our Success Factors recruitment system. You will also have the opportunity to play a key role in other activities such as delivery of future system/supplier integrations, managing external suppliers, and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience with HR system configuration, optimization, basic testing, and troubleshooting, ideally in Success Factors or similar HRIS systems. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences. A natural problem solver with an analytical mindset is essential for this role.

About You
  • You have some background in the Success Factors Recruiting module, but this is not essential; similar HRIS systems experience is welcome
  • You have experience with HR system configuration, optimization, basic testing, and troubleshooting (ideally Success Factors but not essential)
  • You possess exposure to system integration activities and project management
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • You are a natural problem solver with an analytical mindset
  • You have exposure to a recruitment or HR environment (ideal, but not essential)

We would consider candidates from a strong recruitment background who have a genuinely technical mindset and some exposure to the above responsibilities.
