Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our high performing team in Sydney or Canberra. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters and services, including claims management.

The successful candidate will have prior exposure to and a strong interest in insurance law and CTP work. Excellent researching and drafting skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Firmly established time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively are also required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to make a significant contribution to the outcome of complex matters. You will work as part of a close-knit team that boasts a collegiate, supportive and collaborative culture.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of the legal issues relevant to the practice of insurance law
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of seniority
  • Time management skills and proven ability to prioritise multiple active matters at any one time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing complex insurance claims
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to insurance law and CTP work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law or a related field
  • Significant experience in insurance law and CTP work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
