As a Securitisation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of securitisation trusts and ensuring that accounting requirements are met.

You will work closely with the Finance and Trust Management team to guarantee that monthly trust management and accounting deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective stakeholder management during RMBS issuance
  • Presentation of timely and accurate Residential Mortgage-Backed Security (RMBS) reports
  • Identification and implementation of cost-effective funding opportunities
  • Data analysis and reporting for a $5 billion portfolio
  • Collaboration with shared services to maintain data integrity and availability
  • Management of Loan Management System for accurate reporting
  • Facilitation of securitisation and corporate finance transactions

Trust management responsibilities include:

  • Establishment of processes and controls for monthly securitisation Trust reporting
  • Reporting on RMBS and arrears/collections performances across all warehouses and term deals
  • Addressing warehouse and investor queries
  • Assistance with preparation and submission of data to regulatory bodies
  • Maintenance of daily cash flow and adherence to balance requirements

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in a similar position with exposure to securitisation or funding
  • Advanced excel and analytics skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship management skills
  • Degree qualification from a recognised institution
