About the Opportunity

Milestones Early Learning Merian Plains is seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.

Role Overview

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators in the Kindy room and designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room
  • Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

Requirements

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive above-award rate based on experience and qualifications, with a salary estimate of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum. Additional benefits include:
