About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten team. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that foster a lifelong love of learning in our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the unique interests and strengths of each child.
  • Support the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
