About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Nelson Bay East. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of exceptional educational outcomes
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families and engage in regular communication to ensure their needs are met

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
