Key Responsibilities

Department Operations:

  1. Maintain routines to ensure consistently good quality, hygiene and availability across all hours of the day for our customers.
  2. Lead your team to achieve great outcomes and grow their knowledge.

Team Management:

  • Make safety a top priority for team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
  • Engage and role model ways to delight our customers through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
